Our long entry zone for the S&P 500 has been hit.
Best not to jump in with both feet though as our entry zone is very wide with the best buying points being close to the dotted red line.
There is also a possibility that the trend has turned down – so building long positions is more risky – but can be extremely profitable in the long term if “averaging” is done correctly.
This is the approach we may adopt on this Index when we establish the trend.
